The students enrolled in the art elective, Sculpture, have recently finished their second project of the year. This project involved sketching a portrait of themselves and then transporting it onto a clay plate. After the transfer, the students then glazed their pieces. The students then built a mobile made out of wire. This mobile was made up of four to six different layers and was eventually attached to the plate. This project incorporated two different mediums together, clay and wire, to produce a very unique and intriguing piece.
